Julie is an experienced UKCP reg Group Analytic Psychotherapist working in the NHS with clients who have severe personality disorder. Prior to this she worked in Child and adolescent mental health services with young people and their families. Julie offers both individual and group psychotherapy to clients of all ages with a variety of difficulties, she is a published author in her field. Julie is also working towards accreditation as an EMDR practitioner for clients who present with trauma.

Shirley is an Intergrative Psychotherapist, which means that she draws from a number of different theoretical models and build her work around the needs of each of her clients.
She draws particularly on humanistic approaches which appreciate the creativity which can lie behind many of our difficulties. Her influences include coherence therapy, gestalt, sensorimotor therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) as well as the neuroscience of human motivation, stress management and change.

Fiona is an Art Psychotherapist drawing on various models to help get a felt sense for her clients. Using the Arts and creativity is integral to her practice and the client may utilise among others; paint, clay, sandtray and drawing in order to express what language cannot. Fiona has worked in both the NHS and charity sectors with addiction, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociation, eating disorders, self harming, suicidal ideation, relationship and attachment issues, bereavement and loss and compulsive disorders. She welcomes both adolescences and adults.
